SUMO Stats - Number of questions asked

Implement a new chart to resolve the following user story:
percentage responded within 24 hours by community where “community” = people who are not MZLA staff

• The API is undocumented so there might be bugs (no disrespect to SUMO devs, past, present and future :-) lack of dev resources, etc etc :-) ) I don't know about :-) I think me, @jscher2000,@jhonatasrm, @dannycolin and a very few others are the only people who have actually used this API who are not SUMO developers.

Thanks for the notes, I love having context/notes! The API shouldn't be too much of an issue, the project is open source so reading the source code/setting up a test project isn't too hard. API quirks (like the datetime issue) are apperciated though 😄
