Although Tin's UI is technically mobile-optimized, in practice many elements do not look good on mobile. Most often, this is caused by overlooking the size of certain elements once they get big. Some examples of this behavior include the list of teachers for a large class (overflows on the home page), the navbar once the page structure is heavily nested, and the footer in general.
To avoid making a list that's considered exhaustive but actually incomplete, this issue is left open-ended for now. UI design in general is quite expansive, so strict styling requirements are also not imposed. Basically, Tin just needs to look better on mobile, and specifics on how this is done is left to the developer.
