Currently, OSCAL can be used to share ATO and cyber related artifacts such as components, system security plans, etc. However, there are parts of those artifacts/schemas that would be good to share as individual items, such as personnel information, protocols, addresses, etc.
Is there a way to currently do it or would that require a new schema? I don't think we can break the schemas into parts or use the schemas as only partially completed.
