REFPROP (vs10) Excel Addin - Calculations do not update

Description

Using Refprop excel addin. I can enter formula and change the Fluid string arg to an empty cell and the cell will not update.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Write out formula: =refprop("D",ReferenceCell,"TP","SI",273.15,0.1,0)
2. Assume ReferenceCell is A3 (A3 = methane;ethane|.9;.1)
3. Move the referenceCell the cell does not update - i.e. move ReferenceCell to A4 where A4 is blank.

Expected behavior: [What you expect to happen]
Cell to generate error

Actual behavior: [What actually happens]
Calculation is returned.
