Feature: Vendor Regex

Vendor Regex

Describe the solution you'd like
More complex regex search for vendor items, such as having Phys Damage over x% or Elem Damage, Attack Speed, Level of Gems, Life over x% or Elem Resistance over x%, not sure if the regex limit is the same as PoE1 but hope it can fit in it otherwise just search separate.

Additional context
Will help a lot finding possible good items since currently there is not much crafting options.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm currently leveling a new char and I agree, this would be really nice to have. This is probably the first thing I'll work on implementing.
