[bug/suggestion] Link in images

There are some issues regarding pasting links in images:

1. I can't (or don't know how) paste links in images. I can only add text to images, then select/highlight it with cursor including an image, paste the link, and remove the text. But somehow the text randomly can be near the image or below it and in the second case it doesn't work
2. If image have link, visual editor doesn't allow me to edit the image anymore; if I click the image, tooltip for image shown for a moment (above), but it momentarily disappears and tooltip for the link appears instead (below).

Suggestion:

1. When an image is selected, display both text/link and image related tooltips. That way not only you an add link to an image, but also can edit both the image and the link in it.
