Product framing is the process of creating a narrative to communicate your story, strategy, and scope with a project team and the broader audience. This document should be updated as the work evolves.

Problem statement

On the legacy OASIS site, users have problems navigating the site and finding the documents and information they need, which results in a lot of people turning to the help desk for support. The OASIS team has challenges delivering information in a useful format for users, and highlighting important information; because it’s hard to know what users are doing on the site, it’s difficult to make informed updates.

Product vision

The new OASIS+ site will be a centralized information hub that quickly and intuitively provides the information users need. Customers can easily make purchasing decisions, suppliers understand how to participate, and the OASIS+ team can create clear, accessible content.
