Based on the user manual table 104 Pin 2_13 should work the same as any other GPIO on port 2. Adding it to the enum (at the end as # 77) makes the math work out, which makes sense since 2_12 is the current last one. So it should work the same with the mbed gpio functions (mbed > libraries > mbed > targets > hal > Target_NXP > Target_lpc15xx > gpio_api.c)

This is untested since the LPC1517 brain I have has an short and the LPC1517 MCC has a MCU problem. Should test on an LPC1519 board ASAP after break.
