Description of Changes
Adds a patch to fix a performance issue in WRC 3 adds autoflush sprites only to Manhunt 2 to fix missing lights and brightness of lights and fixes lines in God Hands pause menu by using HPO Special over ATN.
Rationale behind Changes
More performance and less broken games win win.
