To the latest development iteration artifact to start removing the dependency on `sonarlint-commons`
Remove all the classes and replace the `CanceledException` by a custom one.
To the latest development iteration after the Java 17 migration in SonarLint Core.

Update SLCORE with the latest master before addressing the changes, then remove most code and replace
CanceledExceptionby a local implementation.
