Food Intolerance Report Generator - a custom coded web application, utilizing PHP and a MySQL database to store, edit, and retrieve information for each food in the intolerance test. Client can select which entries to include and the program generates a final and complete report, which can be saved or printed. This program is estimated to save the user an average of 3+ hours of work each week.
