ramp.xds changed the way that xds_solve_cohort stores outputs; scaling.R was updated to match. The Scaling vignette is shorter and more focused. The longer Scaling has been moved to Robust Analytics. ramp.xds now includes the `matrix` case for dHdt. The function `UnevenAgingMatrix` has been added in anticipation of developing xds_setup_demography and principled stratification.
