I don't think you need to modify the translation files. I'd expect those to get automatically pruned when the tool is run to update them. |

Follow up of #6411.
The OpenAL version we use hasn't been updated in 11 years and is only usable on Windows. Dolphin doesn't link against it, and instead expects the user to provide the dll themselves, since it is no longer shipped.
It was kept around at the time because it supported some features that Cubeb/WASAPI didn't have, which is no longer the case.
