why there only one template "registered.txt" in the kwoc18/mentors folder most templates of mentor mails are in kwoc17/mentors ?

I am adding the emails that we sent, not the ones from previous years to KWoc18/ folder
As we send more emails, we will add those as well.

I think it would be best to have a single footer in all emails.

I know we sent these ones this year, but this will be what juniors will take on from.
