Skipped tests using pre-generated ssz files #40

#38 addresses almost all unit tests, but some tests are skipped because it needs to generate new ssz files. Here's the list:

  • TestProcessAttestationNoVerifySignature_BeaconFuzzIssue78
  • TestLoadCapellaFromFile
  • TestLoadGenesisFromFile
  • TestSaveOrigin
  • TestExpectedWithdrawals
    • "electra all pending partial withdrawals"
    • "electra some pending partial withdrawals"
  • TestExitEpochAndUpdateChurn_SpectestCase
  • TestBeaconChainCopy_Electra
  • TestPreGenState1Epoch
  • TestPreGenstateFullEpochs
