Removed unnecessary configurations. Removed RSA and RSAProcessor classes as they are no longer needed. Updated implementation based on the documentation for version 9 of Pasargad Bank's payment gateway (https://pep.co.ir/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Parsa-IPG-2.pdf).

Notes:
Due to the lack of access to previous versions of the API provided by Pasargad Electronic Payment Co., compatibility with older versions has not been assessed.
