I don't recognize this…

This means that the object was built against the macos 13.3 deployment target, rather than 11. Specifically (from the logs), we are passing -mmacosx-version-min=13.3 in the build steps for the extension library. This was just changed recently, not sure about the history on it: https://github.com/single-cell-data/TileDB-SOMA/pull/3424/files#diff-66aed70e28174320f1db4eaccedcab15d85d14b96fb0c2e9f03417e6fc07df92R257
