feat(i18n): Add Turkish (tr) language support

Description

Added complete Turkish (tr) language support to enhance the accessibility of Teable for Turkish-speaking users.

Changes Made

• Added Turkish translations for all UI elements and system messages
• Implemented translations for the following files:
  • auth.json
  • common.json
  • dashboard.json
  • developer.json
  • oauth.json
  • plugin.json
  • sdk.json
  • setting.json
  • share.json
  • space.json
  • system.json
  • table.json
  • token.json
  • zod.json

Additional Notes

• All translations follow consistent terminology throughout the application
• Maintained the same JSON structure as other language files
• Ensured proper encoding for Turkish-specific characters

This contribution aims to make Teable more accessible to the Turkish-speaking community and expand its global reach.
