First release after moved.
- Introduce new disk delayed queue for each channel. More delayed messages for channel (delay up to 3 days).
- Support custom message extend header. The extend header can be used to filter some messages or do the specific actions based on different message header.
- Support different dispatch priority based on the client. Some tagged messages will be dispatched to the specific client with the same desired tag first.
- More effective e2e processing latency
